If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. Please note the delivery charge and return cost is non refundable. All products must be returned in its original unused condition. Any garments returned with make up stains/marks will not be refunded or exchanged. We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
If the product was purchased in a promotion such as buy one get one free, all items must be returned or no refund will be given.
Some lingerie items are non-returnable i.e. swimwear, thongs, briefs & bodysuits for hygiene reasons and this will be stated in the product description on the listing. Pierced jewellery is also non-returnable. Please note, if you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you. So please check the date on the dispatch date before returning your item.
2. 7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
In addition to our returns policy, under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase and will provide you with a full refund. In order to cancel your contract, you must return all the must then return the goods to us (see below 'How to make a return') Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights products in the order and the items must be unworn and of saleable condition. Please note SALE ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE
3. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps set out below.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we are in receipt of the item(s) we will inspect and process the refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned product. We will issue the refund as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition. We will refund the money to the payment method originally used to pay for the item (debit card, Paypal etc).
All goods will be inspected upon return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
Products returned by you because of a fault will be examined and if found to be defective will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the proof of postage.
